Q. Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

A. Yes, we ship worldwide! 🌍 
Even better — shipping is completely free on all orders, no matter where you are.

Q. When will my order arrive? Will I be able to track it?

A. After your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is on the way (usually within 1–2 working days), we’ll send you a second email with a tracking link, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your doorstep. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. We usually dispatch orders within 1–2 working days, though during busy times it may take up to 3 working days.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from several fulfilment centres across the Europe, Asia, and the US. We’ll always ship your order from the location closest to you whenever possible — so it gets to you quickly and safely. All parcels are carefully packed to make sure they arrive in perfect condition 🎁

Q. How do I return or exchange an item?

A. Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered. Please refer to our returns & refunds policy for more information on how to initiate the returns process.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. You’ll be charged in your local currency at checkout.

Q. I need to cancel an order. Can I do this on my end?

A. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible via email support@coccobag.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped. However, if you have already received a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot make further changes to your order.

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information?

A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.
