Q. Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

A. Yes! We offer a flat rate of $3 worldwide or free shipping for orders over $25.

Q. When will my order arrive? Will I be able to track it?

A. After your payment is approved, you'll receive an order confirmation email. A second email will follow (may take up to 48 hours) once your order is shipped, including your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Q. How long will it take to dispatch the order?

A. Usually it will take 1-2 business days, while in peak times, it may take up to 3 business days to dispatch.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States, Eastern Asia and Western Europe. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production lines at the same delivery times as stated in our shipping section.

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go.

Q. How do I return or exchange an item?

A. Our return policy is effective for 30 days from the time your order is delivered. Please refer to our returns & refunds policy for more information on how to initiate the returns process.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in?

A. We process all orders in USD. Any other currency will be processed at the checkout with the most current exchange rate.

Q. I need to cancel an order. Can I do this on my end?

A. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible via email support@coccobag.com. We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped. However, if you have already received a tracking number, we unfortunately cannot make further changes to your order.
